Sell your gold watch: your father's has value even if it doesn't work.
Pocket watches, wristwatches, chains and fobs — we authenticate each piece individually. If the brand or model adds market value above the gold, we tell you: our appraisal includes both components.
We also buy watches purely for the gold, working or not. Paid within 24 hours, insured by Generali, door-to-door.
You can mix jewelry, coins, bullion or broken scraps in a single pack—we sort everything and report each item individually.
No card. No account. Just an address — order before 5pm and your pack ships today.
Watches we accept
We accept any precious-metal watch, in any condition (working or not).
For example:
- Inherited watches, working or not
- Cases, bracelets and chains in gold — no internal movement needed
- Antique pocket watches with a gold chain
- Watches from recognised brands (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Longines, IWC) in gold or with a gold case
- Vintage watches from the 30s to 70s with a certified gold case or bracelet
- Watches with broken movements, damaged dials or cracked crystals
- Just the bracelet or just the case — documentation adds value but isn't required
- Mixed lots of jewellery and watches — send it all

The gold in the case and the value of the branded watch
We pay for the precious-metal content — the case and other solid-gold parts — measured with XRF. Bear in mind that many 'gold' watches are only plated: XRF tells solid gold from plating, which has little recoverable metal. And if your watch is a fine-watchmaking piece, its market value as a branded watch can exceed its gold value; we'll tell you so you can weigh that route too.
Working or not, the gold still has value
The gold's value doesn't depend on the watch working. A solid-gold case that's stopped, scratched or missing its movement is paid the same for its metal. You don't need to fix it before sending it.
Documentation: helpful, but not essential
Papers, a certificate or the original box can add value if you ever sell the watch as a branded piece, but they aren't needed to sell it for its gold: for the metal valuation we measure the piece itself.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you pay for the watch brand or only for the gold?
- We pay for the precious-metal content (the case and other gold parts), verified with XRF. If your watch is a fine-watchmaking piece, its value as a branded watch could exceed its gold value; in that case it may be worth exploring that route too.
- Do you buy the gold case even if the watch doesn't work?
- Yes. The gold's value doesn't depend on the watch working; we pay for the precious metal it contains.
