Returns policy

OroSeguro provides a precious metals buying service. The exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal applies under Article 103(b) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, because the price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the operator’s control.

• 30 days of free, fully insured vault storage after receiving the valuation offer.
• Option to accept the original offer in full at any time, with no market adjustment and no deduction for accrued custody fees.
• Free, insured return within 24-48 hours if you decline the offer.
• Periodic reminder communications before any adverse action.

If after receiving our professional appraisal you decide not to accept the offer, we return all your pieces free and insured within 24-48 business hours. There are no penalties, hidden fees or charges of any kind.

The return shipment is covered by the same Generali insurance that protects your original shipment.

If the pack we receive contains exclusively costume jewellery or non-precious metals (with no melt value), there is no precious metal to buy and so no offer is issued for you to decline. In that case the return carries a €20 fee to cover handling and transport.

As a free alternative, you can donate those pieces to a charity we work with — just tell us and we take care of it. This exception does not affect packs that do contain gold, silver, platinum or palladium: for those the return is free, including any pieces that turn out to have no value.

1. Log in to your dashboard with your pack ID and email, or contact us.
2. Indicate that you decline the offer and wish to have your pieces returned.
3. You will receive your pieces by insured courier within 24-48 business hours.
