Data controller

MOLTEN CORE, S.L.U., with Tax ID B22952097, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.

Purpose

To manage pack shipment requests, commercial communications related to the service, pack status tracking and compliance with legal obligations.

Legal basis

Consent of the interested party when submitting the form and compliance with legal obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering.

Recipients

Data is not transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or with your consent. For logistics and insurance we use providers who act as data processors under appropriate contracts. Data about how you browse the site also reaches Google (Google Analytics): without cookies if you decline analytics cookies, and with them if you accept. If you accept both analytics and marketing cookies, it also reaches Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), which receives it as an independent controller and may use it to provide Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement). If you accept marketing cookies, when you request a pack we also send Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) your email and phone number turned into a code (hash), the IP address and browser you make the request from, and the identifiers in Meta's cookies, to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads bring us requests. With that code Meta can recognise you if you have an account with them, but it does not receive your email or phone number as such. If you do not accept marketing cookies, we send it nothing. Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending an email to hola@oroseguro.es. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
