What are cookies

They are files that are downloaded to your device when you access our website to store and retrieve information about browsing.

Types of cookies used

• • Preference cookies: remember your settings (language, consent).
• • Analytics cookies: help us improve the site (only activated if you accept them).
• • Advertising or marketing cookies: measure how well our campaigns perform and attribute each pack request to the ad that generated it. They are third-party cookies (Google and Meta) and are only activated if you accept the "Marketing" category.

Analytics cookies and third-party recipients

If you accept the "Analytics" category in the banner, we use two tools to understand how the site is used and improve it. The lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI-CE). If you do not accept this category, Google Analytics sets no cookies and Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all; Clarity also loads only if you accept "Marketing" as well.

• • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). It loads only if you accept both "Analytics" and "Marketing". Produces heatmaps and recordings of how pages are browsed — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — so we can see which parts of the site work and which do not. Form contents are hidden in your browser before anything is sent, and the customer area, sign-in, and the pack confirmation and tracking pages are never recorded. Microsoft receives this data as an independent controller and, under its terms of use, may also use it for its own purposes, including advertising (Microsoft Advertising). Recordings are kept for 30 days (a sample for up to 9 months) and heatmaps for up to 9 months. Clarity cannot delete one person's data on its own: if you ask us to erase it, we will delete the whole project; you can also contact Microsoft directly. Main cookies: "_clck" (1 year) and "_clsk" (1 day), first-party; Microsoft may also read or set its own cookies on the clarity.ms and bing.com domains. The data may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, to which Microsoft adheres, and standard contractual clauses. Advertising cookies and third-party recipients

If you accept the "Marketing" category in the banner, we install third-party cookies for advertising purposes: measuring our campaign conversions, attributing each pack request to the ad that generated it, and optimising our advertising spend. The lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI-CE). If you do not accept this category, neither these cookies nor the scripts that install them are loaded at all.
